Description

The Cottage is one of the oldest houses in this ancient village of Porlock. The Cottage is four star rated by the AA. Situated in the centre of the village with instant access to a good selection of local pubs, restaurants and unique shops and the 13th century church.

Accommodation
All our rooms are well appointed and tastefully decorated, centrally heated, double glazed with en suite facilities. In addition there is colour TV and a hostess tray comprising tea, coffee and hot chocolate. We have hairdryer / trouser press and iron available.


Breakfast
Start your breakfast with a selection of fruits, yoghurt, nuts and cereals, followed by a full English breakfast, a selection of toast and preserves.

We serve english breakfast tea, blended by our local tea company, D.J.Miles, and also have available Earl Grey and fruit teas and hot chocolate.

Evening meals by arrangement.

Local Area
The Cottage offers an excellent location for walking the South West Coast Path or the Coleridge Way and for exploring Exmoor with it's wild Red Deer and Exmoor Ponies.
